Exodus Movement filed a lawsuit in Delaware Chancery Court against W3C Corp and CEO Garth Howat to force completion of a stock purchase agreement signed in November 2025. Exodus Movement said it had already classified its loan to W3C as currently payable and exercised related security rights. The company also said UK Financial Conduct Authority approval on April 8, 2026 cleared a key regulatory hurdle for the acquisition.
