This information is released as a Notice pursuant to Binance Exchange Procedure 117.
Fellow Binancians,
Binance will delist Utrust (UTK) from Binance Spot and support the project’s rebranding to xMoney (XMN), to be listed on Binance Alpha.
Token Swap Details:
According to xMoney project team’s official announcement, the project provides two options for swapping Utrust (UTK) to xMoney (XMN):
Option 1 (No lock-up): 3 UTK = 1 XMN
Option 2 (6-month lock-up): 1 UTK = 1 XMN
Binance users can follow the instructions from the project’s announcement to swap UTK to XMN token themselves.
After 2026-04-14 02:00 (UTC), deposits of UTK tokens will no longer be credited.
If users do not withdraw their UTK tokens by 2026-04-14 14:30 (UTC), Binance will process the swap for users by using Option 1 (3 UTK = 1 XMN).
Airdrop Details:Apart from the token swap plan, Binance will offer an additional airdrop incentive for eligible UTK token holders. For holding every 3 UTK tokens, eligible holders will receive an airdrop of 2 XMN tokens.
The airdrop eligibility is defined with the following condition:
After 2026-04-14 14:30 (UTC), following the suspension of the UTK token trading and withdrawal, users with UTK balance on Binance will receive an airdrop at a ratio of 3 UTK = 2 XMN.
UTK token holders at Binance will receive XMN tokens in their Binance Alpha 2.0 Accounts. Users may view their token distribution history here.
For non Binance Alpha 2.0 users who are restricted due to country limitations, the airdrop will be credited to their Binance Spot Accounts with withdrawals enabled only. The distribution time is estimated to occur after 2026-04-15 12:00 (UTC).
XMN token’s listing time on Binance Alpha will be announced in a separate announcement.
Please Note: The delisting schedule may or may not apply to the products listed below, depending on their association with the token being delisted.
Spot
Binance will remove the existing UTK spot trading pair (i.e., UTK/USDT) and cancel all pending UTK spot trading orders at 2026-04-14 14:00 (UTC).
All trade orders will be automatically removed after trading ceases.
Binance will terminate Trading Bots services for the aforementioned spot trading pair at 2026-04-14 14:00 (UTC), where applicable. Users are strongly advised to update and/or cancel their Trading Bots prior to the cessation of Trading Bots services to avoid any potential losses.
Accounts
The token's valuation will no longer be displayed in users’ accounts after delisting. To view their assets after trading ceases, users should ensure they have not selected “Hide Small Balances” in all of their accounts.
Deposits of UTK tokens will no longer be credited after 2026-04-14 02:00 (UTC).
Withdrawals of UTK tokens from Binance will not be supported after 2026-04-14 14:30 (UTC).
Simple Earn
Binance Simple Earn will delist the token mentioned above after 2026-04-14 10:00 (UTC). Users may choose to redeem their Flexible and Locked Products positions beforehand. Otherwise, these Flexible and Locked Products positions will be automatically redeemed at the above-mentioned time, and subsequently transferred to users’ Spot Accounts, together with any accrued rewards.
Loan
At 2026-04-14 02:00 (UTC) VIP Loan and Flexible Loan will close all outstanding loan positions for the aforementioned token as loanable token and collateral token. Users are strongly advised to repay their outstanding loans before the automatic closure to avoid any potential losses, where applicable.
Convert
Binance Convert will subsequently delist the aforementioned token and the associated pair at 2026-04-14 13:00 (UTC)
Convert Low-Value Assets will delist the token mentioned above at 2026-04-14 07:00 (UTC). Users may choose to convert low-value assets beforehand.
Buy & Sell
Binance Buy & Sell Crypto will delist the aforementioned token and the associated pair at 2026-04-14 08:00 (UTC).
Gift Card
Binance Gift Card will delist the token mentioned above at 2026-04-14 14:00 (UTC). Users are encouraged to manage Gift Cards containing the token in advance to avoid any inconveniences.
Pay
Binance Pay will delist the aforementioned token at 2026-04-14 10:00 (UTC).
