Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Russia wants to resume investment cooperation with the United States once the conflict with Ukraine is fully resolved. Lavrov said the cooperation would be on equal and mutually beneficial terms, and he said companies in both countries have interest in that outcome.
