I used to think pixels was just about farming and collecting things slowly, like you log in do some tasks grab resources and chill a bit, but then i saw the union system and honestly it changed how i looked at it because now it’s not only me playing alone, it starts feeling like i’m part of some faction race where what players do actually matters
and i think that part is kinda smart because rewards are not just sitting there fixed forever, they move based on how active people are, so the game economy reacts to player behaviour in real time almost like the players are pushing the direction themselves
for me this makes pixels feel less like simple play to earn and more like play to effect what happens next, and that’s the thing i find more intresting here, farming is just the surface but under it there is strategy and group pressure building quietly
