There was a time when games meant freedom… no pressure, no responsibility.
You just log in, play, and leave everything behind.
But now some games feel different.
Even after logging out, it feels like something is still “running” in the background — progress, assets, systems.
Pixels gives me that mixed feeling… fun, but also a sense of continuity that doesn’t fully stop.
