Does anyone have a suggestion for Iran? Is the last Strait chip really going to be resolved so easily? Now there are really no 'cards' left?
The whole process is a long-term sideways movement at the bottom. Indeed, there was a period when it was really hard to pull back. In the middle, there were two waves of news-assisted wash trading activities, and then finally, Iran's compromise crazy lifting crushed the shorts...
Those two waves of wash trading were basically the hardest time points to play. In the next few days, I plan to write an article to review the interval wash trading operations during this period. This kind of news-assisted market is still very powerful; reviewing it more can help understand how smart money utilizes consensus for trading.
I think the shorts still have a good opportunity. The profit margin for those currently holding shorts is expanding. In terms of a holding period of about six months, it has moved from around 78,000 to near 93,000. The entire market is either falling or fluctuating. For a truly strong bull market, it really needs to stabilize above the key position of 85,000 to be more credible. 85,000 is also the key position for the previous long-short switch.
