I had heard about the biggest airdrop in crypto history, and it still blows my mind $Uniswap did it back in 2020.

This fully decentralized platform on Ethereum rewarded early users who had simply interacted with it before September 1, 2020. On September 20, they dropped UNI tokens straight into wallets. Most users got 400 UNI each, and the smallest reward was still 400 tokens. Around 250,000 people qualified.

At the time, one UNI was selling for about $42.88, so an average user walked away with 17,152 $USDC that’s roughly 4.8 million Pakistani Rupees today. The total value distributed? Almost $6 billion in rewards.
