Most people (myself included) stick with Doubao for one simple reason: seamless voice input/output.

For normies, it's just a search engine replacement. They can't tell the difference between models. UX trumps everything.

This is why distribution > tech in consumer AI. If your product feels clunky, nobody cares how smart your LLM is.
