· Nuclear Program: The US demands Iran ship out all its enriched uranium and halt enrichment for up to 20 years. Iran calls shipping uranium a "non-starter" and proposes a 3-to-5-year halt instead .
· Sanctions & Framework: Tehran insists on a "framework agreement" before any face-to-face meeting and wants a timetable for lifting sanctions, which the US has reportedly not agreed to .
