An NFT Sitting in Your Wallet Forever Is Such a Waste, Pixels Just Gave It a Real Role
Honest truth, the thing I hated most about the NFT avatar craze at its peak was that you bought it and then it just sat there. Swap your Twitter profile picture and that was it. Nowhere to actually use it in any real sense.
Pixels just did something that a lot of projects promised but never actually delivered. You connect your Ronin wallet, pick your partner NFT, Bored Ape, Mocaverse, or other partner collections, and the character you're running around with in the Pixels world is literally that NFT. Not hanging in a corner for decoration; actually crafting items, taking quests, and exploring a game with genuine depth.
This is why I feel like Pixels is doing what the NFT community has needed for a long time. Value doesn't come from someone paying more for your NFT than you did; value comes from that NFT actually being useful, actually having a place to live and function inside a real game ecosystem. Pixels is building that place, and I think this is the right direction for the entire Web3 gaming industry in the long run. @Pixels $PIXEL #pixel $RAVE $HIGH
