The amount of funds withdrawn from Aave today has reached $6.6 billion, half of which ($3.3 billion) is stablecoins.
After a large amount of funds were withdrawn, both deposit and borrowing rates skyrocketed, with the deposit rate for USDT and USDC stablecoins actually reaching 13.4%, while the borrowing rate has come to 15%.
Currently, AAVE is still the safest leading DEFI application, and this hacking incident does not involve the AAVE protocol, so the issue is not significant.
