Are institutions really back in crypto?
Yes, but not with full force yet.
The biggest signal is not hype.
It is the return of structured institutional interest:

more serious market exposure
That matters because institutions usually do not enter through excitement.
They enter through products, regulation, and controlled allocation.
Bottom line:
Institutions are no longer outside crypto.
But they are not fully in either.
