At present, Aave is diligently verifying all relevant details and evaluating potential pathways to resolve the situation. During this ongoing process, our thorough assessments have confirmed that rsETH is entirely backed on the Ethereum mainnet.

To maintain the highest level of security, we are proceeding with extreme caution. We have successfully capped all exposure to this event, and rsETH will stay paused across Aave V3 and V4. In a similar protective measure, WETH reserves continue to be frozen across all the affected networks, specifically Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Mantle, and Linea.
