Day #5 Rushed — got stopped
Yesterday I caught a loss out of nowhere 📉
I entered a coin (FARTCOIN).
Overall — my setup was there.
The price broke down the trendline, consolidated.
A retest began.
And this is where I messed up.
I didn't wait:
— for the trendline touch
— for a local reversal down
In short, I didn't wait for proper confirmation.
I just saw movement…
and jumped into a short.
Why?
Because there was a rush and fear of missing out on the movement, fear of missing profit 😓
It seemed like “it’s going to take off without me.”

As a result:
The price shot up sharply and stopped me out 📉
And then…
it came back down 😂
Classic.

And what annoys me the most:
I entered the trade right from my phone, outside.
Saw a notification → straight into the trade.
Without a calm state and waiting for confirmation.

Takeaway for myself ⚡️
Even if there’s a setup —
it's still not an entry.
If there’s no calmness inside —
better not to enter at all 💡
Sometimes the best trade is the one you skipped 🎯
