IRL IP collabs. Incredible community participation in their BIRB Game and a team that has executed in a big way with the Pudgy Penguin team and their TCG.
Utility doesn't always move fast.
But historically, it lasts longest.
And as crypto matures, that's the type of positioning that stands out the most imo.
