I have seen too many times crypto companies launching new products and quickly separating them into their own apps, creating an additional layer of "ecosystem" to inflate the narrative, and often the result is fragmentation, users have to download another application, log in again, learn another interface. Too many layers, too much friction, and in the end, most of those apps disappear after a hype season.

The core issue of this industry, at least from my perspective, is the obsession with creating new products instead of maintaining a stable system. Systems keep getting duplicated and then abandoned. Users are caught in a whirlwind of experimentation but without sustainability; in short, there is a lack of patience for long-term products, and that is also the part I always come back to.

In the current behavior, Binance seems to be choosing a different direction. They are not separating BinanceAI Pro into a standalone app; they are keeping it within the existing system. It seems they want to keep users in a single space without creating additional friction. From a practical perspective, this is a decisive choice: no additional app, no additional login, no new narrative.

The absurdity of the industry is that people often think adding an app adds value, but in reality, adding an app usually just adds a burden. Users don't need another icon on their screen; they need a seamless experience. BinanceAI Pro seems to be trying to address that; it is not a standalone product to promote but a feature attached to the existing system.

Reality check: all these things can only be verified when used in practice; whitepapers, narratives, AMAsโ€ฆ are not as important as whether users return to use it or not. If BinanceAI Pro is just a secondary tab that no one opens, then having it in the main app is no different from a forgotten standalone app.

Personally, I remain skeptical. I have seen many times AI features attached to platforms that after a few months turn into a dead end. Not because of poor technology, but because users do not see a reason to use it, and that is what I am waiting for. Will Binance turn it into a truly useful tool or just a decorative layer to keep up with trends.

I don't have a definite conclusion, I just see that not separating the app is a less disruptive, less hyped, and more convenient choice for users, but the real value still has to wait for usage.

I am still monitoring.
