🌞 Woke up at 5 am this morning, opened the curtains, and the sky outside was particularly clear. It's 3 degrees in Fushun right now, and the wind is gentle, making it a great time to go out for a walk in nature.
I'm not going for a run today, nor will I be in the live streaming room. I'm taking a few "old treasures" from home—my parents and two aunts—on a trip of over 100 kilometers to the countryside to pick mountain vegetables. Instead of climbing high mountains, we'll find a sunny slope to stroll in the sun and see if we can dig up some dandelions or small garlic. Whether we get any or not is not important; the main thing is to take them out for some fresh air, relax, sunbathe, and chat. It's better than anything else.
