Uzbekistan created the Besqala Mining Valley crypto mining zone and exempted participants from income tax until 2035. The decree lets miners sell crypto assets on local and overseas exchanges, with proceeds sent directly to domestic bank accounts. Participants will pay a 1% management fee on revenue, and electricity will cost 1,800 som per kilowatt-hour. Only locally registered enterprises with power facilities and regulatory approval can apply, while projects above $100 million can receive additional incentives.
