Everyone thinks this is a relaxing farming game. I do not think it is. I have been thinking about this for a while

To be honest when I first started playing @Pixels online I thought okay, yeah another game where you do the things over and over. You farm you craft you earn some $PIXEL maybe you sell it. Then you repeat. It seemed simple. It seemed boring when I looked at it from the outside honestly

But after spending some time playing the game I started to feel like something was not quite right. It is not bad it is just different

It is like there is always something to do in the game. You can always be doing something. You can always be moving forward. Trying to get better

When it comes to getting rewards it feels like it is limited. It feels like it is being controlled, like you can only get much

That is when it starts to affect your mind

Some days it feels like everything is going well. The game is working smoothly things are. You are getting rewards easily. Days it feels like nothing is happening and you do not know why. You are doing the things you are putting in the same effort but you are getting completely different results

The rewards do not feel like they are being given to you randomly. They feel like they are being allowed

I even caught myself checking the $PIXEL price before I started playing. I thought, why am I doing this for a game?. It changes the way you play. You start to think that the timing of when you play is more important than how effort you put in

That is the part that I do not like

It feels like where you are in the game and what is happening in the system matters more than how good you're, at the game sometimes. When you log in and what other players are doing it affects how value you can get and you can feel that

At the same time that is what makes the game interesting

It feels like the game is alive. It feels like the system decides when you can get rewards, not you

I am still not sure if that is a thing or a bad thing honestly

Maybe I am thinking about it much or maybe this is the real game We will see
