If I'd rebuild if lost all my trading knowledge this is exactly what I'd do
1.I would pick just one market. I wouldn't touch crypto,stocks and forex all at once,would just pick one and purely focus on one
2.I would focus purely on structure.Structure is one of the important things to understand about the markets and how it moves
3.I would pick one simple setup that can understand.I would backtest it 100,000 times because the data you have behind you is going to give you the trust and confidence you need to make money
4.I would Demo account first.This is to understand how to take entries,how and where to put stop losses and when to take profits
5.I would go to a small live account in order to trade with real money.This is to master emotions upon losses or wins in order to navigate through trading journey.
6.I would journal everything because the data you have over a period of 1month,3months ,10months is going to tell you everything you need to know and understand yourself as a trader.
7.I would follow one mentor that completely resonate with and the person has to be teaching the strategy that completely understand because he has to resonate with you personally.
