We asked for honest feedback. You delivered hundreds of responses and we read every single one. Here's what you told us and exactly what we changed.

Video tasks weren't fair. Creating AI videos requires tools most of you don't have access to. That's on us. Those tasks are gone. Everything in the new Quest is built around what you can actually create with what you already have. And yes, we added new prizes to the video category too, so it's worth showing up for.

It was hard to get to the leaderboard with 50 places. . It’s true, but there was a clear reason behind it. We lack automation. The moment our web platform is live, which we expect within a month, we expand to TOP 100 weekly payouts immediately. After that, TOP 200. If this Quest keeps growing the way we believe it can, TOP 1000 is on the table. You put in the work and help BabyDoge grow. We make sure the rewards grow with you.

Invites created too many problems. We saw it too. Points for invites are removed completely. No more fraud, no more frustration, no more grey areas.

New people didn't know enough about BabyDoge. Fair point. We're adding educational content so anyone joining through Quests actually understands what they're part of. We made it fun though, not like sitting in a classroom. More on that on Monday.

The rules weren't always clear. So we rebuilt them from scratch. Same rulebook for everyone, participants and mods alike. No exceptions, no gaps, no confusion.

One last thing worth saying. 87% of you told us you'd stay in the Quest even without prizes. That means everything to us. This community is here for the right reasons and everything we just built is designed to protect that.
