Think for a moment and try to understand this. When you wake up in the morning, your biggest worry might be how your day will go. But somewhere, someone is waking up to prepare for chemotherapy, someone for dialysis, someone to the sound of airstrikes, and someone begins the day with hunger. When you truly realize this, the way you look at life starts to change.
You begin to understand that waking up safe in your home, having enough food for the day, and being healthy in your body is not something small. It is a huge blessing.
The Prophet taught us that whoever wakes up secure, provided for, and healthy, it is as if the whole world has been given to them.
So say Alhamdulillah-always and forever. Say it when you wake up in peace, when your body carries you through the day, and when your table has food, even if it is simple. Let gratitude turn into kindness toward others, generosity for those in need, and dua for those whose mornings begin with pain. Because when you recognize your blessings, you don't just live-you live aware, compassionate, and content.
