The State Bank of Pakistan has introduced a new rule for JazzCash, Easypaisa, and other mobile banking services.
Under this rule, when you send money to someone, the recipient will not be able to withdraw or use that money for the first two hours.
This period is known as the “cooling time.”
The purpose of this rule is to allow users to report and block transactions if money is accidentally sent to the wrong number.
In short, this new system has been implemented to reduce fraud and prevent mistaken transfers.
