I've been thinking about what separates gaming projects that matter from ones that don't... It's usually one thing. Whether the player's relationship to the game survives the developer's next decision.

PIXEL is trying to answer that question structurally... The model isn't "play to earn" dressed up differently... It's closer to a property rights layer built into the game itself. Your assets exist independently. The economy isn't synthetic. The ownership is real in the sense that matters. You can exit with it.

I feel most crypto gaming collapses the moment the incentive structure shifts... What holds here is that the ownership model isn't contingent on the game's growth. It's the foundation, not a feature. That distinction is worth paying attention to.
