1. *Step away from the chart*
Donât revenge trade. When weâre wrecked emotionally, we make the worst decisions. Close the app for a few hours.
2. *Review what happened*
Was it no stop loss? Position too big? FOMO entry? $DAM moves fast. Write down the lesson so you pay tuition once, not twice.
3. *Protect whatâs left*
If youâre still in: decide max pain you can take and set a hard SL. If youâre out: donât rush back in to âmake it backâ. Thatâs how -140k becomes -200k.
