Why:

Strong rejection from 1.88 with a long wick signals heavy selling at the top. Price is now forming lower highs and struggling to hold above the short-term MA. Momentum is weakening and volume shows selling pressure on pushes up. Unless it breaks and sustains above 1.70, this looks like a continuation to the downside.
