Thread: Portfolio Update + Market Outlook (April 2026)

1/ Portfolio check-in

Sharing how I’m positioned this week and what I’m watching. Not advice—just my process.

2/ My current structure

I’m splitting funds into 3 buckets:

Core (low-risk): stability + liquidity

Growth (mid-risk): long-term conviction holds

High-risk (small %): only what I can afford to lose

3/ Core bucket (stability)

A big part stays in USDT/USDC so I’m not forced to sell in a bad candle.

While waiting, I park a portion in Binance Earn (Simple Earn Flexible) so it’s still working.

4/ Growth bucket (conviction)

My focus is on quality, not noise:

DCA slowly instead of chasing green candles

Add only at planned levels

Hold through volatility with a time horizon

5/ High-risk bucket (controlled)

I keep this small and rule-based. If I use higher-yield products or higher-volatility coins, I size down hard and don’t average down blindly.

6/ What I’m watching

BTC trend & dominance (it often decides whether alts get momentum)

Volume spikes + funding/over-leverage (when it’s too crowded, I reduce risk)

News flow (listings, unlocks, major

announcements)

7/ My risk rules

I take profits in pieces (never wait for the “perfect top”)

I keep dry powder in stables

I avoid going all-in on one idea

If the market turns, I protect capital first

8/ Question for you

What are your top 3 holdings and your risk level (low / medium / high)?

I’ll suggest a simple portfolio split you can follow.

Not financial advice. DYOR.
