Never had a 9-to-5, but the only bug of freelancing is losing track of time real easy.

With no time constraints, no clocking in or out, I just do what I want, for as long as I want.

Like just now, I spent four hours sipping a drink without even realizing it.

Long-term, that's not great because losing track of time can lead to a whole new level of procrastination.

A lot of folks dive into the influencer game, go out, chill, and end up feeling more anxious and unhappy.

It's because they got fooled by the fake buzz online.

Not like that.

True freedom and happiness come when you find what you genuinely love and are good at, and can make money without anyone controlling or restricting you.

So, discipline is worth it; it forces you to narrow your circle and focus your energy on finding what you truly love.

Some might say,
Isn’t that exhausting?

Let me answer: it’s exhausting because there's a lack of control. If someone doesn’t know how to manage and plan their life, or doesn’t even have goals, being disciplined will definitely feel tiring. But if you’ve found your path and have clear goals, you’ll feel truly happy.

Of course, I’m not that disciplined, so I often don’t feel happy enough.
