In the Vinnytsia region, a 35-year-old resident of Kharkiv region was detained, who tried to illegally leave the country by posing as a father of many children, reported the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
A man was stopped at the automobile checkpoint 'Mogilev-Podolsky'.
"To confirm his status at passport control, the man provided birth certificates for three children. Two of them were without remarks, but the third, allegedly issued in Poland, raised doubts. During the check, it turned out that the document did not meet the established standard. As a result, the 'father' admitted: he purchased the certificate for 4000 USDT (Tether – a cryptocurrency token), transferring the funds to the cryptocurrency wallet of an unknown person," the border guards established.
