altcoin dex is only safe if the project owner does not withdraw liquidity, the worst is if they delist... so in my opinion, it's safer to buy dex tokens on large networks...

my personal view is that 2024 will be the biggest altcoin season. where the indicators are showing off profits, in 2025 everyone will be crying seeing the portfolio drop and still believing there will be a continuation of the altseason and it seems that will no longer be... this year, who knows what will happen to altcoins in 2026.
