Most people believe that a coin "is born" when it appears on Binance.
This shows who understands the market… and who only uses it.

Binance has something called Binance Labs / Binance Ventures.
There, projects are selected long before they appear on the Launchpad or in the public listing.
These are private rounds, closed to investment funds, companies, and players with venture capital.

After that, when a project progresses in its development, the common cycle begins:

1. Private Rounds (Private Sale):
Investment funds, venture capital firms, and some strategic investors enter at very low prices.
At this point, there are still no tokens in the open market.


2. Early Public Sale (IFO/IDO/ICO):
Depending on the model, the token is offered before being listed on major exchanges.

PancakeSwap → IFO (Initial Farm Offering)

CoinList → Early sale with vesting

Gate/GemPad/PinkSale → DeFi Launchpad


This is where well-informed users can enter, but it requires knowing where to look, not waiting for Binance to serve it to you on a platter.


3. DEX Listing (Uniswap / PancakeSwap / etc):
The token starts to move in decentralized markets, before touching Binance.


4. CEX Listing (Binance, OKX, KuCoin, etc.):
This is where most people find out.
For many, this is the token's "birth"… when in reality it is the final stage for retail.

So, when Binance says:

> "We are the first platform to list the token."

It refers to being the first centralized exchange (CEX) to list it.
It does not mean that the token does not exist, nor that it hasn't been sold before in a pre-sale or in an IFO/IDO.

Conclusion

You can get in months before the crowd.

But to do so, you must see the complete cycle, not just Binance's main screen.

Those who only buy when Binance lists are entering late by definition.

The information is not for bragging, it is for execution.
The market rewards those who study, not those who complain.
