🧭 STRONG BUY SIGNAL Checklist

STEP 1 — Check Trend Direction (EMA Signals)

📍 Tools: EMA(7), EMA(25), EMA(99)

✅ Look for:

1. Price starts closing above EMA(7) → early recovery.

2. EMA(7) crosses above EMA(25) → short-term uptrend signal.

3. EMA(25) begins turning upward → momentum building.

4. Final confirmation if EMA(7) > EMA(25) > EMA(99) → trend reversal confirmed.

⚠️ Avoid buying if price is still under EMA(7) or EMAs are diverging downward.

STEP 2 — Confirm Momentum (RSI)

📍 Tool: RSI (set to 14 or 6)

✅ Strong buy signs:

RSI below 30 → oversold zone.

RSI rises and crosses above 35–40 → buyers entering.

RSI moves toward 50 or higher → momentum shift confirmed.

📊 If RSI rising + price still flat → early bullish divergence.

STEP 3 — Validate Volume Flow (OBV)

📍 Tool: On-Balance Volume (OBV)

✅ Watch for:

1. OBV line stops falling and starts rising gradually.

2. OBV makes higher highs while price still sideways → accumulation.

3. Sudden OBV spike + price breakout above EMA(7) → strong buy confirmation.

💡 If OBV is rising but price not yet — that’s your early clue to prepare buy.

STEP 4 — Timing Entry (Stochastic K/D/J)

📍 Tool: Stochastic indicator

✅ When to enter:

K and D are below 20 (oversold zone).

K crosses above D → buy signal.

Works best when RSI also rising and OBV increasing.

STEP 5 — Confirm With Candle Action

📍 Tool: Candlestick chart (30m or 1h)

✅ Look for:

Bullish candles closing above EMA(7)

Long lower wicks (rejections from support)

Breakout candle with volume above average

🚫 Avoid red candles breaking below support or showing big wicks on top.
