According to Odaily, Hong Kong's Bright Smart Securities has announced that Ant Group, the acquisition offeror, is contemplating the possibility of extending the final deadline for their transaction. The deal requires approval from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and the National Development and Reform Commission. However, it is currently uncertain if all transaction conditions can be met by the November 25 deadline.
