President Donald $TRUMP has pulled his $10 billion lawsuit against the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) regarding the leak of his tax information. This lawsuit was initially filed in January 2026, alleging that the IRS failed to safeguard Trump's and his family's tax info from unauthorized access.

This decision comes after reports that the US government is considering setting up a compensation fund of $1.7 billion to assist Trump allies who claim to have been victims of Biden's government actions. Judge Kathleen Williams has questioned whether there is a conflict of interest in this case, given that Trump, as the US President, has influence over the IRS and the Department of Justice.

Trump and his family accuse #IRS of failing to protect their tax information, which was leaked by former IRS contractor, Charles Littlejohn, to the media. Littlejohn has been sentenced to five years in prison for his actions.
