Contrary to the piercing line, this pattern appears at the end of an uptrend and provides a strong bearish reversal signal.
How to identify it?
1. A long green candle
2. A red candle opens above it but closes below the midpoint of the green candle
What does it mean?
Sellers have entered strongly and broken the support of buyers. A strong signal of the beginning of the decline.
Beware of the clouds!
