I see everywhere on the feed that DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) is the ultimate strategy for stress-free investing. You buy when it dips, smooth out your average price, and wait for the Bull Run. Awesome.
But when I check out the screenshots of those applying this "magic method" during major dumps, I see wrecked portfolios, positions stuck at -1000%, and guys totally sweating it out reloading their accounts in panic.
So, a very serious question from someone observing:
Is the problem with the DCA strategy itself a trap, or is it just that people have no clue how to use it? 💀💸
