I'm selling my $ZEC and $NEAR holdings instead of holding them long-term. People often say you can't get rich without holding, but crypto is different. Sometimes it's better to take profits and sell whenever you want, then wait for the market makers to push prices lower before buying back in calmly.

As for $LAB , it's been one of the most unpredictable coins I've traded. Many futures traders have ended up in losses because of its wild price action. It pumps out of nowhere and then dumps just as fast. There seems to be no logic behind its moves, and it rarely follows technical chart patterns.

Honestly, I'm getting frustrated with the crypto market this year. If the market wants to keep trending down, I don't see much reason to open long positions. For now, short positions look far more attractive for capturing profits while the bearish momentum continues.
