Every trade has three stages:

1) before entering the position (analysis and understanding where the price is coming from and where it's heading)

2) in position (possible averaging and cutting)

3) after closing the position (take profit, positive stop loss, positive trailing stop, limit close either full or partial)

each of these stages is crucial, just like in a chess game there are: opening, middlegame, and endgame. trading is akin to chess in that respect:

• EVEN IF YOU ENTERED IN THE WRONG DIRECTION AT 0.5% of the maximum possible position size, you wait for a reversal and averaging.

• if the price hasn't reversed and you're still in the red, then after the wrong averaging in the wrong place, your loss starts to multiply aggressively against you (and if you were counting only on plan A and plan B, then IMMEDIATELY CLOSE the position to avoid liquidation)

• if you still have room for a plan B, definitely use it so that AT THE FIRST OPPORTUNITY YOU (cutting dangerous averaging after reaching the green zone where you're in profit) KEEP THE SAME 0.5% of the maximum possible position size (which initially improved your entry point by 80-95% just thanks to two averages)

*averaging is extremely important and dangerous, especially for anyone who knows about it, but unfortunately doesn't know the right place and time to use it (it's like Formula One in full control of the driver, and only you decide how good of a driver you are)

→a year ago I managed to chat with two pros, and neither of them - according to their words, use averaging. Each of them simply closes a losing position. This is also a reasonable approach, as even with a statistic of 6/10 trades in profit, they make money.

→the averaging system can give you 10/10

∆ if someone tells you:

- these are your last 50 losses before victories ©,- you will perceive losses completely differently*)
