Lately, I've been really struggling with this preventive block that Banco de Venezuela imposes, lasting from 24 to 48 hours. The worst part is that it’s not my fault; it’s the payers who are causing this. I'm a verified P2P trader and I receive many transactions in a day, as well as send them.
The reason the bank blocks you is as follows:
🚫 If someone improperly unlinks their account with Banco de Venezuela and then reopens it, either on another device or the same one; the first payment they make, whether it's through PagoMóvil or a transfer to another Banco de Venezuela account, will trigger a security bot 🤖 that blocks both accounts (the sender and the receiver).
So if you don’t want to go through an awkward moment and don’t want to put the other person in an uncomfortable situation, please unlink your account from the website before reopening it elsewhere. If you don’t want your funds or the other person’s funds to get frozen, make sure you have this info first!!! Without further ado, I appreciate your support in spreading this info.
