The reason the bank blocks you is as follows:
🚫 If someone improperly unlinks their account with Banco de Venezuela and then reopens it, either on another device or the same one; the first payment they make, whether it's through PagoMóvil or a transfer to another Banco de Venezuela account, will trigger a security bot 🤖 that blocks both accounts (the sender and the receiver).
So if you don’t want to go through an awkward moment and don’t want to put the other person in an uncomfortable situation, please unlink your account from the website before reopening it elsewhere.
