Last week, the US entered the "Crypto Week" phase with a series of bills such as the GENIUS Act and the CLARITY Act aimed at clearly defining digital assets, how to supervise exchanges, and stablecoins. Although there is still controversy, this is a turning point: instead of "vague – litigation", the crypto sector now has a more specific legal framework for big money to participate.

Trading strategy:

- Beneficial narrative: layer 1 coins, CEX, and on-chain infrastructure with good compliance are often favored when the laws are clear.

- Suggested setup for reference: For large-cap coins benefiting from institutional capital flows, orders can be split: TP1 at the nearest resistance zone, TP2 at the old peak, SL below the main technical support 5–8%. Absolutely do not go all-in before hearings or new law votes.
