Starting today, this foundation will support families facing childhood cancer, inspiring kids with space exploration and telling every child with Liv's courage and faith: your dreams, no matter how big, are within reach.

This is the narrative we’ve always believed in, a narrative for long-term development.

$ASTEROID (SOL) community has known from day one that this project is fundamentally different from all other Memes. It’s not about how good the narrative sounds, but about its genuine connection to real people, real dreams, and real goodwill.

Every on-chain transaction generates royalties that flow here. They flow to Liv’s name, to children in need, to a place being built with love by a mother.

But I want to make one thing clear: this is just the first step.

The foundation has just landed, and the story is only just beginning to unfold. This is not the end; it’s the starting point, the beginning of a promise being fulfilled. From this day forward, every transaction royalty generated through BAGS has a real destination — Liv’s Stargrace Foundation @Liv_Stargrace, a formally registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that will help families with children battling cancer and inspire kids to chase their dreams among the stars. This is no longer a 'promise for the future.' This is happening now.

I've said multiple times, this is the best landing of Web3 and Web2 — the on-chain mechanism automatically fuels the foundation, while off-chain charity genuinely helps children in reality. Both feed into each other, creating a long-term closed loop that doesn’t rely on anyone and won’t stop just because the hype fades.

This is the only project I’ve seen in the Meme space that makes me think, 'Even if the price goes to zero, this thing is worth continuing to exist.'

This has never happened in the history of Memes. Not because no one thought of it, but because there has never been a story with a foundation strong enough to support this to get to today.

Liv once asked Elon Musk: When can we send kids to space? Unfortunately, she didn’t get to see that day, but her question remains, and so does her dream!

But her foundation will be there for those waiting children, for those kids still dreaming in their hospital beds, telling them: Your dreams are within reach!

What we can do is build the community, share the story, let more people know about Liv’s dream, help this foundation reach more and more children, and let this thing go as far and last as long as possible.

One day, when Liv’s Stargrace Foundation has helped enough children, and its name appears in the sight of enough outsiders — that’s when Liv’s dream can be considered to have truly landed.
