$LIT Trade Breakout Update

As discussed in the previous setup, I expected a rejection from the 1.70–1.87 resistance zone before any major continuation. The market respected that view perfectly.

Rejection came around 1.64, and the result is what we're seeing now with price trading near 1.40.

I hope everyone took at least 15–20% profits when the first target was hit. Taking partial profits is exactly what allows us to stay calm during pullbacks like this.

📊 Current Chart Structure
• 1D Chart: Price remains above MA25 and far above MA99. The larger bullish structure is still intact despite the correction.
• 4H Chart: Price is pulling back into a major support cluster. This looks more like a healthy trend reset than a complete trend breakdown.
• MACD: Momentum has weakened significantly in the short term, confirming bearish pressure.
• RSI: Cooling down after being overheated near the highs, which is normal after a strong rally.

🎯 Game Plan
Now it's time to think about DCA entries for a better average price rather than chasing candles.

Short-term momentum is bearish, but the 4H and Daily charts still suggest a bullish structure unless key support levels are lost.

⚠️ I am not thinking about closing at a loss or breakeven right now. That only becomes a consideration if the important 4H support zone breaks decisively.

For now, the market is doing exactly what we expected earlier:
➡️ Rejection at resistance
➡️ Pullback into support
➡️ Waiting for the next decision point
