If cross-chain technology exists, why do so many people still use centralized exchanges to move funds?
This is one of the questions that immediately caught my attention when I saw STON.fi's upcoming live discussion:
"Crosschain Without Layovers: Why It Still Feels Broken."
Cross-chain infrastructure has improved dramatically, yet many users still find the experience frustrating. Extra steps, bridge risks, uncertainty around fees, and fragmented workflows often make moving assets feel more complicated than it should.
One of the most interesting parts of the upcoming discussion is that it focuses on user experience rather than only technical architecture.
Personally, I think the next stage of DeFi growth will depend not only on better infrastructure, but on making that infrastructure feel effortless to use.
As the $TON ecosystem continues to grow, conversations around seamless cross-chain experiences will become increasingly important.
