How to set Stop Loss with Entry.
90% of beginners' mistake is that
They can buy, but forget to set SL.
What’s the result? Market went down 2%
And wipe the whole account.
Remember this simple formula:
First decide on SL, then take Entry.
Risk = Entry minus Stop Loss.
Check the example on the chart:
Entry $64800, SL $64000.
So, the risk is $800.
Now apply the 2% rule for Day 5.
If the account is $96, then you'll only risk $1.92.
So, this is what I had to learn today:
