5:30 AM: Wake up, check overnight markets. No FOMO, just data.

7:00 AM: 1 hour of backtesting one setup. Boring? Yes. Profitable? Also yes.

12:00 PM: Review trades. Win or lose, I journal why.

6:00 PM: No trade if there’s no setup. Discipline > action.

90% up didn’t happen overnight. It happened because I showed up when it was boring.
