There's a lot of chatter in the crypto space about when's the best time to buy BTC. Analyst and crypto blogger CryptoGoos (117.2k followers on X) is reminding us of the 500-day strategy around halving.

We're talking about one of the simplest cyclical models for #BTC: buy 500 days before the halving, sell 500 days after the halving, and rinse and repeat with each new cycle.

The chart shows that in past cycles, this logic really aligned well with major accumulation zones and the subsequent market overheating phases. The green dots mark the buy periods before halving, while the red ones indicate sell zones 500 days post-halving.

According to the math discussed in the comments under the post, the next expected buy zone using this model is December 3, 2026. The next sell zone is August 29, 2029.
