I keep circling back to something I can’t shake risk in finance doesn’t really go away. It just shifts around.

That’s part of why @Bedrock caught my attention.

Most of the talk around BR is pretty straightforward: yield, liquidity, incentives. And yeah, that’s real. But I keep getting stuck on something else.

What happens when capital isn’t just parked somewhere anymore?

It moves. It gets reused. It shows up in different places at different times and the whole thing starts to feel a bit harder to track in a clean way.

Not necessarily bad. Just different.

The efficiency is obvious. You don’t really need to argue that.

What I’m still trying to wrap my head around is the other side of it. When capital can move freely, risk doesn’t just sit still either. It moves with it.

And I don’t think we fully know what that means yet.
