1. A complete and immediate cessation of hostilities on all fronts, including Lebanon.
2. America's commitment to the principle of non-interference in Iran's internal affairs and respect for the country's sovereignty.
3. A full lift of the maritime blockade within 30 days.
4. The U.S. obligation to withdraw its forces from the area surrounding Iran.
5. Resumption of operations in the Strait of Hormuz within 30 days, considering agreements with Iran.
6. Suspension of sanctions on the sale of oil, petrochemical products and their derivatives, as well as full access for Iran to its financial resources.
7. Commitment from the U.S. and its allies to present plans for Iran's reconstruction worth at least $300 billion.
8. 60 days of negotiations to reach a final agreement on nuclear issues and the complete lifting of primary and secondary U.S. sanctions, as well as UN Security Council resolutions and IAEA Board of Governors decisions.
9. Iran's commitment under the NPT (Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty) not to develop nuclear weapons.
10. During the negotiations, the U.S. commits not to increase its troop presence in the region or impose new sanctions.
11. Unblocking $24 billion of frozen Iranian assets within the 60-day period of final negotiations. Half of this amount should be accessible to Iran before negotiations begin.
12. Establishing a control mechanism for the implementation of the agreement.
13. The final agreement will be approved by a UN Security Council resolution.
14. Final negotiations do not start until half of the frozen funds are unblocked, oil sanctions against Iran are lifted, and the maritime blockade is removed. The final agreement only concerns the fate of enriched uranium, the enrichment program, and the lifting of sanctions. Issues related to Iran's missile program and support for 'resistance forces' are completely excluded from the agenda.
