The BitTorrent Chain team has announced the phased shutdown of the BTTC Bridge.
📅 Key Dates:
• June 13 – Deposits will be disabled
• June 18 – All withdrawal services will end
Users holding mapped assets such as TRX_e and TRX_b are strongly encouraged to bridge them back to their native chains (TRON, Ethereum, or BNB Smart Chain) before June 18. After the deadline, these assets can no longer be transferred back through the BTTC Bridge.
It's important to note that this change only affects the bridge service.
✅ BTTC network operations remain fully functional:
• Block production
• Staking
• Delegation
• Validator rewards
Cross-chain asset transfers will continue to be supported through major exchanges such as HTX and Binance, while the BTTC team will maintain oversight of liquidity for affected mapped tokens.
