One thing I find interesting about Bedrock’s governance model is how it gives veBR holders a direct say in where incentives go. Instead of rewards being distributed through a fixed system, holders can vote on different gauges that support specific DeFi pools. That means the community has real influence over which areas of the ecosystem receive the most attention and liquidity.
From my perspective, this creates a closer connection between governance and actual network activity. When users have a reason to participate in decisions, they tend to pay more attention to the health of the protocol rather than simply holding a token and waiting.
What I keep wondering is how this model will shape Bedrock over the long term. Will gauge voting continue to direct liquidity toward the most productive opportunities, or could voting power eventually become concentrated among a smaller group of participants?
The answer will likely play a major role in determining how sustainable and community-driven @Bedrock remains in the years ahead.$BR $ESPORTS $HMSTR #bedrock
